We currently offer shipping to the following regions:
All countries within the European Union
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and select non-EU countries
If you are outside these zones and wish to place an order, please contact us at customerservice@redivea.com to check availability.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation (business days only).
Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
Standard EU Delivery: 6–9 business days
Non-EU Delivery (UK, Switzerland, etc.): 7–12 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your exact location, local customs processing, or seasonal peaks (e.g., holidays).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping on all orders within the EU (unless otherwise stated in a promotional campaign).
For non-EU countries, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
VAT & Import Duties
We operate under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system for EU orders, which means:
All VAT and customs charges are included at checkout — no surprise fees upon delivery.
For non-EU destinations, local taxes or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delays or Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window:
First, please check the tracking link provided.
If there’s no update or your package appears stuck, contact us at customerservice@redivea.com with your order number.
Our support team will assist you promptly and investigate the matter with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
