By placing an order on our website, you accept and agree to the following Terms of Sale.
We encourage you to read these terms carefully before completing a purchase.

Orders
  • All orders are considered final once payment has been successfully processed.

  • Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase.

  • Redivea reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment irregularity, or breach of terms.

Pricing & Payment
  • All product prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT and taxes where required.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but the total amount at checkout will remain valid for that transaction.

  • Payments are processed securely through our trusted partners (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).

  • Redivea does not store your payment information.

Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 business days within the European Union. Delivery outside the EU may take longer depending on customs processing and location.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  • You must send a clear photo of the item showing it has not been used or damaged.

  • You must contact us in writing at customerservice@redivea.com within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate the return.

We will then provide return instructions.

Refunds
  • Once the returned product has been received and verified, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Redivea unless the return is due to misuse or damage caused by the customer.

  • Refunds will not be issued for products returned used, incomplete, or damaged.

Warranty
  • All Redivea products include a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

  • This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions not caused by user misuse.

  • In the event of a malfunction, please contact us at customerservice@redivea.com with photos/videos of the issue. Our support team will guide you through the resolution or replacement process.
