Right of Withdrawal

To initiate a return, you must notify us by email at customerservice@redivea.com, and return the item unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Return costs are covered by us. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receipt and verification of the return.

Certain items (e.g. hygienic goods used/opened) may not be eligible for return.

Warranty

All products sold on our site are covered by a 1-year legal warranty of conformity and may include additional commercial warranties as stated in the product description.
